Georgia Mountains Health Services - Full Time : 8 : 00 AM-6 PM Employed New Graduates Welcome to Apply Average Patients seen : Low patient volumes that encourage providers to provide quality over quantity Loan Repayment Compensation : Compensation is based on years of experience but is negotiable. Additional incentive offered such as relocation assistance and loan repayment, as well as RVU production bonuses. Benefits : Role benefits : Providers work 4-day workweek 9-hour days. 36hours in direct patient care, and 4 hours of admin that can be completed from home -Fully supported clinical setting with 2 MA / LPNs per provider Additional Benefits : -Physicians are offered a health insurance plan for themselves and spouse at no cost, -License and fee Reimbursement : -Malpractice and Tail covered through the FTCA -Tax Credit : Physicians / Dentist receive a $5000 tax credit per year for five years for full-time work in a rural area. -CME : $2000, $4000 on year 3 of employment -PTO : 1st year of contract 20 days, 2nd year of contract 24 days, 3rd year of contract 28 days -Extended Illness Bank : Available under certain circumstances for those whose illness extends beyond three (3) workdays. 1.54 hours accrued per hour worked over 27 hours / week. -Paid holidays -403b retirement plan -Discount Plans : GMH employees are eligible for several discount plans such as Verizon Wireless and AT&T Wireless.
