Job Description
We are hiring Full-Time and Part-Time primary care physicians for our Vista/Oceanside locations.
Responsibilities:
- Provide direct primary care and ambulatory outpatient care to clinic patients.
- Participate in the development of clinic protocols and procedures to ensure quality medical care.
- Provide in-service training to clinic staff to increase staff awareness and facilitate better patient care.
Qualifications
To be successful, candidates must meet the following requirements:
- California medical license.
- At least one year of experience in an ambulatory care setting.
- Experience in Federally Qualified Health Centers (FQHCs) is a plus.
- Bilingual skills in Spanish and English are also a plus.
Compensation and Benefits
We offer a competitive compensation package that includes:
- Base salary ranging from $260,000 to $285,000 based on experience.
- $10,000 sign-on bonus and relocation package.
- Productivity bonus.
We also provide comprehensive benefits, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, company-paid life insurance, and 403b retirement savings plan.
Average patients seen per hour: 2.7.
No call schedule.
Flexible scheduling with Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm, 1 late weeknight 10am - 7pm, and 1 Saturday per month 9am - 4pm.
Sign-on bonus of $10000.
