Job Summary:
We are seeking an Otolaryngologist/Head and Neck Surgeon to join our team. This is a unique opportunity to work in a busy, well-established practice with a robust referral network and exceptional support staff.
Key Responsibilities:
- To provide high-quality medical and surgical care to patients with ear, nose, and throat disorders.
- To work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure seamless care for patients.
- To participate in the development of clinical protocols and guidelines to enhance patient care.
- To contribute to the growth and success of the practice through the provision of excellent patient care and professional expertise.
Requirements:
The ideal candidate will be a board-certified Otolaryngologist/Head and Neck Surgeon with a passion for delivering exceptional patient care. They will possess excellent communication skills, a strong work ethic, and a commitment to teamwork.
What We Offer:
We offer a highly competitive compensation package, including a starting salary range of $450k-$500k, as well as comprehensive benefits and a track record of RVU potential. Our providers enjoy a 50% split between ENT and Otology, with opportunities for loan repayment and sign-on bonuses.
Work-Life Balance:
We value our providers' well-being and strive to create a healthy work-life balance. Our call schedule is 1:15 weeks, virtually without call 2-3 weeks out of the year. You will have the opportunity to work at Edward Hospital and Central DuPage Hospital using EPIC EMR.
Salary : $450,000 - $500,000
