What are the responsibilities and job description for the Front Desk Agent/Concierge position at The Inn Above Tide?
We are looking for a motivated self-starter to join our Front Desk team. The work environment is fast paced, professional, and friendly.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to: greeting arriving guests, answering and transferring a high volume of calls, making reservations, performing check-ins and check-outs and familiarizing guests with hotel and in-room amenities, performing concierge duties, suggesting activities, dining options and arranging transportation. Applicant must be computer literate, multi-task oriented, able to perform under pressure, enjoy providing high level customer service, have a friendly professional demeanor, and be articulate and fluent in English. Must be available to work weekends and holidays.
Compensation commensurate with experience, including hourly wage, tips, paid time off, and a bonus incentive program. Additional full time benefits after probationary period include medical, dental, vision, and a matching 401(k) plan.
