- Maintain cleanliness of the hotel lobby, front desk area, public restrooms, hallways, elevators, and entrances during afternoon hours.
- Regularly inspect and clean furniture, windows, floors, glass doors, and other surfaces.
- Ensure restrooms are well-stocked and sanitized throughout the shift.
- Respond promptly to guest requests for service or assistance in public areas.
- Empty trash receptacles, replace liners, and manage recycling bins.
- Report any maintenance issues, safety hazards, or unusual activity to management.
- Assist with setting up or tidying event or meeting spaces when needed.
- Collaborate with front desk and housekeeping teams to maintain lobby standards.
- Greet guests in a friendly and courteous manner, offering directions or basic assistance when necessary.
- Monitor supply levels for cleaning materials and communicate resupply needs.
- Heavy lifting is required, up to and including 50 lbs
- Applicants must be at least 18 years old
- Must be available weekends, weeknights, and holidays
- Long periods of standing required
- Team player attitude expected
