Job Description
We are looking for a detail-oriented and customer-focused Housekeeping Team Member to join our team. As a key member of the Housekeeping Department, you will be responsible for providing exceptional guest service by ensuring cleanliness and organization throughout the hotel.
- Clean guest rooms and stock with appropriate supplies while following safety and security procedures and regulations.
- Retrieve, stock, restock, and store the housekeeping cart according to prescribed housekeeping, safety, and security procedures and regulations.
- Receive assigned section, keys, supplies, and any priority room requests from the Senior Housekeeper.
- Respond to guest requests and report guest issues and complaints in a hospitable manner to ensure guest satisfaction.

- Ability to lift 30 lbs, ability to stand for eight hours.
