Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Executive Housekeeper to lead our housekeeping team in maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and hospitality within our establishment. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a keen eye for detail, and a passion for delivering exceptional service. This role is essential in ensuring that all guest areas are clean, well-maintained, and welcoming.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the daily operations of the housekeeping department, ensuring all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
• Develop and implement housekeeping policies and procedures to maintain cleanliness standards.
• Train, supervise, and evaluate housekeeping staff to ensure high-quality performance.
• Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces to ensure compliance with cleanliness standards.
• Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, ensuring adequate stock levels are maintained.
• Collaborate with other departments to coordinate cleaning schedules and special requests.
• Address guest inquiries or concerns regarding housekeeping services promptly and professionally.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations within the housekeeping department.

Skills

• Proven experience in custodial services or hotel housekeeping management.
• Strong knowledge of industrial cleaning techniques and floor care maintenance.
• Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Excellent communication skills to effectively lead a team and interact with guests.
• A detail-oriented mindset with a commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards.
• Previous experience in hospitality is preferred but not required.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 – 40 per week
