SUMMARY:
This position
reports to the Retail Manager. The Stock
Associate performs a wide range of tasks mainly in the BOH, it will be key to
prioritize the workday. In this role you
will interact with Retail Manager throughout the day to execute all operational
tasks. Participate and follow the standard operating procedures (SOP) to foster
the achievement of brick-and-mortar sales and/or E Commerce sales.
ESSESNTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Performing bi-annual full inventory and inventory prep
- Prepare parts for storage and place stock in proper location as needed or directed.
- Support day-to-day operation of E-Commerce sales including stock. order fulfillment, shipping (Drop off to USPS, FedEx or UPS).
- Maintaining merchandise levels for e-commerce by communicating merchandise/supply needs.
- Load and unload trucks and move raw material to proper location.
- Reporting stock levels on sales floor to supervisor(s), stockroom.
- Responsible for maintaining BOH functions, organization of overall stockroom, receiving shipment, logging all department transfers daily,
- Execute projects that are given from supervisor.
- Inspect shipments for any damages or defects.
- Transport merchandise from the stockroom onto the sales floor according to store merchandise plans or from Retail Manager. May need to rearrange merchandise as needed to execute stocking plans and presentation standard.

EDUCATION
- Bachelor’s degree in Business or Fashion Merchandising or equivalent experience.
- High School diploma
WORK EXPERIENCE
- Experience in a retail environment and or sales.
- Minimum of 1-5 years in luxury retail, preferred
TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS
- Periodically will need use of personal vehicle for banking and drop off packages to USPS, FedEx or UPS locations.
