We are seeking a dedicated and friendly Front Desk Agent to join our hospitality team. The Front Desk Agent will handle various tasks, including guest check-ins and check-outs, managing reservations, and addressing guest inquiries.
Duties
- Greet guests upon arrival with a warm and friendly demeanor.
- Manage the check-in and check-out processes efficiently.
- Handle reservations, cancellations, and modifications through phone systems and online platforms.
- Provide information about hotel services, local attractions, and amenities to enhance guest experience.
- Address guest inquiries or concerns promptly and professionally.
- Maintain accurate records of guest information and transactions.
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure guest satisfaction.
- Uphold high standards of cleanliness and organization at the front desk area.
Requirements
- Previous experience in customer service is preferred.
- Must possess an aptitude for guest service and have a cheerful, positive attitude.
- Proficient in phone etiquette with strong communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle challenging situations calmly.
- Attention to detail with excellent organizational skills.
- Must possess excellent interpersonal communication and organizational skills, be able to work well under pressure with a variety of people, handle multiple tasks simultaneously, and understand and work well with cash and basic accounting principles.
- Must be fully flexible with your schedule and able to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
