We are seeking a Maintenance Person to join our team and contribute to the upkeep of our facilities. The ideal candidate will have a strong mechanical aptitude and be skilled in various maintenance tasks.
*Responsibilities*
- Fabricate and repair structures and equipment as needed
- Perform electrical repairs
- Conduct residential painting tasks
- Maintain and repair mechanical equipment
- Handle facilities maintenance duties
*Qualifications*
- Proficiency in English for effective communication
- Mechanical knowledge for equipment maintenance
- Prior experience in facilities maintenance is advantageous
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 15 – 40 per week
Schedule:
