We seek one Part-Time Bartender to join our Pink Adobe Restaurant/Dragon Room service operations. The suitable candidate should have experience working in a refined restaurant/bar service environment. The candidate must possess or obtain an NM Alcohol Server permit. We seek candidates who are dependable, friendly, and have reliable transportation. This is a full-time position that includes evening shifts only.

Set in the historic Barrio de Analco, the oldest continuously inhabited neighborhood in the U.S., the Restaurant's earthy, traditional adobe and stone exterior belies the extraordinary experience that awaits your taste. The Pink Adobe is recognized as one of the prominent restaurants in New Mexico. A step through its doors invites a feast of New Mexico food aroma and exceptional taste that awakens all five senses. The Restaurant is yet to offer much, including private and secluded events.

Duties and Responsibilities:
- Excellent customer service.
- able to work in a fast-paced environment.
- responsible for verifying age requirements
- Opening and closing of the bar.
- Mixing and serving drink orders, knowledge of alcohol/wine products, and pairing.
- Knowledge of creativity to create/introduce seasonal, traditional, and classy drinks.
- bartending at the service bar at the Pink Adobe restaurant when required.
- Bartenders should keep the bar stocked with products, garnishes, and alcohol throughout the shift with the assistance of the barback.
- Ensure the bar is stocked with bartender tools as needed before the beginning and end of each shift.
- Managing inventory.
- Performing side work at the beginning and end of each shift, including polishing silverware and water glasses, and ensuring that the bar station was clean and restocked.
