We seek a Full-Time PM Cook to join our Pink Adobe Food & Beverage service operations. The suitable candidates should have experience working in a refined restaurant service environment. We seek candidates who are dependable, friendly and have reliable transportation. This is a full-time position that includes evening shifts only.
Duties and Responsibilities:
About Us: Nestled in the heart of downtown Santa Fe, often called “The City Different,” sits The Pink Adobe Restaurant. Set in the historic Barrio de Analco, the oldest continuously inhabited neighborhood in the U.S., the Restaurant's earthy, traditional adobe and stone exterior belies the extraordinary experience that awaits your taste. The Pink Adobe is recognized as one of the prominent restaurants in New Mexico. A step through its doors invites a feast of New Mexico food aroma and exceptional taste that awakens all five senses. The restaurant has yet to offer much, including private and secluded events.

We seek a Full-Time PM Cook to join our Pink Adobe Food & Beverage service operations. The suitable candidates should have experience working in a refined restaurant service environment. We seek candidates who are dependable, friendly and have reliable transportation. This is a full-time position that includes evening shifts only.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Setting up, cleaning, and organizing workstations
- Prepare ingredients for the shift; wash vegetables, chop, season meat, etc.
- Preparing oven, utensils, and grill for shift
- Keeping track of orders from wait staff through a computerized system
- Cooking order according to food health and safety standards
- Handling multiple food orders at one time
- Ensuring each guest order has the correct food temperature and sides
- Delivering food order to wait staff in a timely manner
- Assisting other cooks in preparing food or helping other team members when needed
- Storing all food properly
- Sanitizing and cleaning workstations and utensils at the end of the shift
