Position: Front Desk Agent (Part-Time) Location: THE INN - Pittsburgh Pay: $16 per hour Shift: 1 PM to 10 PM ( Based on Occupancy)
Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist guests with a friendly attitude
- Handle occasional phone calls and inquiries
- Perform light maintenance tasks as needed
- Manage reservations and guest check-ins/check-outs using computer software
Requirements:
- Retired individuals encouraged to apply
- Maintenance experience is a plus
- Basic computer knowledge is a must
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
