Job Description
The Inner You is looking for a part time Intake Coordinator to add to our team!
Intake Coordinators ensure that all new patient referrals and services for returning patients are processed accurately and efficiently. Prior experience working in a medical office or similar environment required
Monday - Thursday from 2pm-7pm
Maintain a professional appearance
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word
Utilize multi-line phone system efficiently
Process all incoming patient referrals and create electronic medical records
Distribute patient packet and process all completed forms
Confirm insurance for new/returning patients & communicate details as needed
Schedule intake assessments for patients with clinical assessors
Manage and input information regarding priority fill list
Maintain daily communication log on all referrals
Provide weekly/monthly referral reporting to management
Communicate with all assessors on rescheduled or cancelled intake appointments
Refer potential community relationships to the Clinical Directors
Cross train to perform administration office duties when needed
Any other duties relating to the business operation of the practice that may be assigned by the administration manager, clinical directors, or owners

Skills/Qualifications:
- High School Graduate (Bachelor’s preferred)
- Previous office experience preferred with some managerial background
- Customer Services skills/experience
- Ability to comprehend established office routines and policies
- Understand HIPAA and privacy practices
- Strong organizational skills and multi-tasked abilities
- Computer skills
