These professionals will support all aspects of the firm’s consulting services, including Clinical Planning and Strategy and Capital Planning and Strategy. The work may include the organization, analytics and understanding of healthcare service areas, population demographics, service line demand, operational and financial models, regional service delivery, functional programming, and facility master planning, design assist and medical equipment planning. The most successful candidate will have and demonstrate diverse skills and experience with a blend of data science, medical economics, graphic communication, health care system understanding, facility planning, medical equipment and storytelling.

Our work revolves around strategic capital investment planning for health care systems. These positions are entry level data intensive positions within the firm and salaries offered will be based on experience and qualifications. Each candidate is not expected to address all aspects of the requested skills and experience; broad-minded individuals with data management and communication skills are desirable.
Salary Range: $65,000-$85,000
Job Description
· Acquire, normalize, analyze, maintain and display multi-sector project data (patient/facility/physician)
· Demonstrate growing expertise utilizing healthcare planning metrics and emerging trends to define operational requirements (space and staff)
· Documenting existing medical equipment
· Medical equipment list and layout development
· Medical equipment selection, budgeting, and infrastructure coordination
· Medical Equipment procurement and placement oversight
· Support development of complete healthcare planning documentation for regional service delivery, functional programming, and facility master planning.
Qualifications Required
· Bachelor’s degree in one of the following programs: healthcare, business, statistics, economics, applied mathematics, biomedical engineering, or other data/analysis intensive major. Master’s or professional degree desirable.
· Problem seeker/problem solving skills.

· Ability to create and communicate relevant solutions to complex problems.
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Experience/Technical Skills Desired
· 1-2 years of healthcare/clinical experience in healthcare operations/facility/equipment planning
· Data Management experience
· Data Analysis experience
· Graphics capability – able to portray data/analysis visually.
· MS Office: Outlook, Word, Power Point, and Excel (intermediate proficiency – Pivot tables, complex “if” statements, conditional formatting)
Complementary Skills and Knowledge
· Business Intelligence Tools
o Tableau
o Alteryx
o SQL: intermediate to advanced proficiency (import data, indices, query/table development, CTE creation, etc.).
· GIS Experience (Data or Graphics Side)
Location/Benefits/Travel
These positions are being offered at our Tucson office located at 5255 E. Williams Circle, Suite 6000. Travel is project based and variable but is typically less than 5 nights per month for this position.
