Looking to Hire - Multi-family Apartment Inspector
No Experience Necessary – Will train
Candidate must be 25 or older and interested in learning a new career. Military background and/or those with college experience are encouraged to apply.
Duties include, but are not limited to:
- Inspecting multi-family, apartment complexes to ensure apartments and buildings meet the safety and habitability requirements of various jurisdictions.
- This is an active job which requires standing, walking, bending over, and going up and down many stairs, 80% of the time.
- You will enter resident’s apartments and must be respectful of different lifestyles and personal belongings.
- Work is outdoors and indoors in all weather conditions.
- A reliable, insured vehicle is required. Some gas reimbursement.
- Must have a reliable cell phone, computer and internet connection, and be able to complete reports and share files.
· Must pass exam to become an ICC certified Property Maintenance & Housing Inspector, at our expense, within 12 months of the start of employment.
- You must have a clean criminal record. Background checks will be done.
- Starting pay is $23.00 to $26.00/hr. based on work experience and references.
