Responsibilities:
Deliver exceptional customer service, ensuring a first-class experience for every client.
Provide effective communication with clear explanations and a positive upbeat attitude.
Install and configure TVs and components, both indoors and outdoors.
Perform a variety of tasks, including equipment delivery, setup, and workspace maintenance.
Demonstrate physical capability for lifting, carrying, and manoeuvring equipment.
Qualifications:
Minimum 18 years old.
Fluent in English.
Be able to pass a background check.
Valid driver's license and current car insurance.
Reliable work vehicle (expenses not covered by company).
Ability to get liability insurance.
Ability to manage personal equipment, tools, and supplies.
Preferred Qualifications:
Prior experience in customer service and/or sales.
Experience with basic tools and a passion for learning about technology products.
