The Institute for Behavior Change is a non-profit foundation that recruits, trains, deploys and monitors staff who deliver Intensive Behavioral Health Services (IBHS) to children located in schools, homes, and the community who are diagnosed with mental health disorders. We were founded in 1997 and continue to supply highly trained staff to leading IBHS agencies throughout Delaware, Montgomery, and Bucks Counties.

COMPENSATION:
- $21.00 to $25.00 hourly based on credentials
- On-going paid training at $10.00 hourly
- Paid Registered Behavior Technician training (40 hours)
- Paid State Mandated BHT pre-service training (30 hours)
- Assistance obtaining pre-employment physical examination costs

JOB DUTIES:
- Work 1:1 with a client in either a school or home setting.
- Implement the authorized treatment plan with a single identified client.
- Complete all required paperwork accurately and promptly.
- Submit all required weekly paperwork as scheduled.
- Ensure that training and supervision is received according to IBHS regulations.
SCHEDULE:
- Monday to Friday, no weekends!
- Kindercare Boothwyn: 8:00am-4:00p
- Chichester Middle School: 10:30a-2:30p, between 8:00am-3:00pm (Late September/Early October start)
REQUIRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
- HS diploma (Bachelor's degree in psychology, education, social work, or closely related field highly preferred)
- Valid PA driver’s license
- Personal vehicle
- Proof of vehicle insurance
