What are the responsibilities and job description for the CLINICAL COORDINATOR DENTAL position at The Institute for Family Health?
The Clinical Coordinator will provide leadership in the smooth operation of the practices to enhance the management of the clinical area in the fulfillment of the mission of the Institute. He or She is cognizant of the philosophy, standards, objectives and policies of the Dental Department and the Organization.
QUALIFICATIONS :
- BA Preferred
- Minimum of three (3) years experience as a Dental Assistant in a clinical setting preferred, family practice setting a plus. Knowledge of front desk duties.
- Minimum of one year of supervisory experience.
- Demonstrated OSHA compliance knowledge.
- Demonstrated competence in 4-handed dentistry.
- Demonstrated inventory control knowledge.
- Good communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
- Bi-lingual Spanish preferred
- Demonstrated basic computer skills
- Certification as a Dental Assistant
- BCLS
