Summary : The program director is responsible for oversight of Family Program operations at the assigned location(s). The Director is responsible for overall direction, analysis, monitoring, staff education and data reporting of the assigned Institute’s family programs.
Job Tasks :
- Direct supervision of family program staff, including supervisors, coordinators, and program assistant
- Responsible for coordinating family program operations
- Implement policies and procedures in compliance with all regulatory mandates
- Responsible for all reporting and generation of program and grant reports.
- Coordinates partnerships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Assists, develops and participates in quality assurance activities and promote high quality, comprehensive, effective patient care.
- Participates and attends community meetings / conferences, and conducts trainings.
- Coordinates mandatory staff meetings.
- Arranges task and clinical supervision for program staff.
- Oversees orientation of new program staff and completes orientation checklist; Participates in and helps in the coordination of staff development programs and in-service trainings.
- Assists in the preparation and updating of policy and procedure manuals and health education materials.
- Promotes interdisciplinary care of all patients
