The Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) performs basic patient care functions under the supervision of the RN or medical provider. This position conducts front office duties in accordance with policies and procedures. CNAs create and manage guest records, schedule appointments, conduct routine tests, and track and order supplies.
Essential Functions
Demonstrate excellent customer service consistent with the standards contained in the Vision, Mission, and Values of the organization.
Answer patient/client calls while on shift and determine how to best help them.
Provide physical support for patients/clients with daily activities and personal hygiene.
Ensure patients or residents receive an appropriate diet by reviewing their dietary restrictions, food allergies, and preferences.
Obtaining a wide range of information from physicians, nurses and other HTAT staff about patient/client conditions, treatment plans, and suggested activities:
Examine patients to detect issues requiring medical care.
Remind patients to take medications and nutritional supplements.
Note observations of patient behavior, including complaints, or physical symptoms to nurses.
Observe, recognize, and report significant guest symptoms to RN or medical providers and take appropriate action, if necessary, under the supervision of the RN or medical provider.
Stay up to date on CNA training and facility policy and procedure; Maintain safe work operations by following policies and procedures.

Salary Range
Starting from $16.50 hourly
Actual pay commensurate with experience
