About the Role
We are seeking a Project Support Officer to join the Digital Services department as part of the Stratus project. The Project Support Officer (PSO) will work closely with the Programme Manager and project team supporting the coordination of the project to ensure it is delivered on time and within budget. They will be responsible for coordinating meetings, workshops and training with internal stakeholders and suppliers. The PSO will create and maintain systems for planning and scheduling project activities, ensuring that actions and tasks from key meetings are tracked, recorded and actioned.
Key Responsibilities
This is an important role in the programme team, coordinating meetings, workshops and liaising with internal stakeholders and external suppliers on a daily basis. You will join key meetings to record and follow up on the delivery of any actions, as well as updating project trackers and maintaining project files and reports.
About You
We are looking for a Project Support Officer with exceptional organisation skills and a strong attention to detail. You should be a keen problem solver, a team player and able to demonstrate the ability to be adaptable and flexible working in a complex and fast paced environment. Previous experience working on similar digital projects would be highly desirable.
