Summary
The Associate Manager, Webinars, leads the execution of webinar initiatives tailored to the needs of internal auditors. In this role, you will oversee the lifecycle of our internal audit-focused webinars—from ideation and speaker coordination to delivery and performance tracking—ensuring that each offering aligns with emerging trends, regulatory updates, and global standards within the internal audit profession. Working cross-functionally with internal teams and external subject matter experts (SMEs), this position is key to enhancing member value and delivering relevant, impactful learning experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver seamless webinar experiences for high-stakes, high-volume audiences, where production quality and attention to detail directly impact stakeholder perception.
- Lead the end-to-end planning, development, and delivery of internal audit-related webinars.
- Collaborate with internal audit subject matter experts (SMEs) to identify timely, relevant topics aligned with global standards and professional practices.
- Recruit and coordinate with external speakers, ensuring content quality and adherence to learning objectives.
- Manage webinar project timelines using tools like SmartSheet, ensuring on-time and within-budget delivery.
- Support sponsored webinar initiatives by collaborating with Principal Partners team to coordinate webinar development, maintain brand and educational standards, and ensure professional relevance.
- Draft descriptions, review presentation materials, and conduct quality assurance checks to maintain consistency and value.
- Partner cross-functionally with internal teams (Marketing, IT, Operations, Legal, Finance) to support successful marketing, delivery, and compliance of webinars.
- Ensure compliance with NASBA standards and other professional education requirements.
- Analyze webinar performance data to identify improvements and inform future programming.
- Assist with speaker database maintenance and recruitment of experts for on-demand and instructor-led offerings.
- Stay current on trends in internal auditing, risk management, governance, and adult learning to inform content strategy.
- Contribute to special projects and cross-functional initiatives that enhance member education and professional advancement.

Qualifications
To perform this job successfully, an individual must have:
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite, especially PowerPoint and Excel.
- Experience with webinar platforms (Zoom, Cvent, GoToWebinar, etc.).
- Experience in customer support roles, particularly in technical support.
- Familiarity with learning management systems (LMS) and project management tools (SmartSheet preferred).
- Knowledge of instructional design principles and adult learning best practices is preferred.
- Understanding of NASBA CPE compliance is a plus.

Education and Experience:
- A bachelor’s degree in instructional design, education, marketing, communications, or a related field from a four-year college or university is required.
- Experience in webinar, e-learning, or curriculum development—preferably in a professional association or educational organization.
- Familiarity with the internal audit profession, Institute of Internal Auditors (IIA) Standards, and key frameworks such as COSO or ISO preferred.
- Experience in speaker or subject matter expert recruitment, especially within a technical or regulated professional discipline.
