What You’ll Do
- Maintenance & Repairs: Perform basic maintenance tasks including electrical, plumbing, carpentry repairs, painting, and mandatory snow removal.
- Vehicle Operation: Drive work vans and snow plowing vehicles as required for facility maintenance and snow removal duties.
- Tools & Equipment: Use hand tools and power tools for repairs and maintenance work.
- Flexible Work Hours: Be adaptable to changing work hours as we operate 24/7, including the possibility of occasional overtime.
- Team Player: Work collaboratively with the rest of the maintenance team to ensure tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
- Driver’s License: Clean NYS Driver’s License, with the ability to drive a work van and snow plowing vehicles.
- Skills: Experience with basic maintenance repairs (electrical, plumbing, carpentry) and housekeeping tasks.
- Communication: Strong communication skills to interact with team members and other staff.
- Flexibility: Ability to work under pressure and remain flexible with work hours.
- Vaccination: Must be fully vaccinated (COVID-19).
