Our Texas Water Group is looking for a Project Manager to join our growing team in Houston. Successful candidates will be responsible for providing technical, management, and staff assistance for a variety of infrastructure-related projects, primarily involving the planning and design of water/wastewater/stormwater pipelines, treatment facilities, pump stations, and storage facilities. Candidates should be skilled in managing multiple priorities, organizing time and projects, tracking budgets, and meeting deadlines.

Your Role
- Assist with the execution of projects from conceptual planning phases through final plans, specifications, and estimates, bid packages, and construction support services.
- Write technical specifications and technical reports for infrastructure-related projects for water, wastewater, and/or stormwater pipelines and facilities.
- Maintain existing client relationships and help develop new project opportunities.
- Ensure technical accuracy, standard engineering practices, and inclusion of appropriate documentation on various reports and design projects.
- Identify alternatives, resolve technical issues, and interface with other disciplines.
- Plan, coordinate, and execute work in a safe, timely, cost effective and compliant manner.
- Achieve financial targets in relation to project profitability and utilization.
- Provide leadership and mentorship to junior engineers.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil or Environmental Engineering.
- 5 years of experience in civil or environmental field.
- Professional Engineer (PE) in Civil or Environmental Engineering, registered in Texas, required, or able to obtain licensure in Texas within 6 months.
- Valid Driver’s License with and acceptable driving record.
- Background will ideally include related project work in water infrastructure.
- This position could require periodic travel, approximately 15% or more
