Job Description :
The SC2 IT Support is responsible for preserving and providing access, connectivity, and technical assistance for both AF and SF service-specific hardware and software requirements. Anticipated needs include intra-AF and SF network access across NIPR, SIPR, and JWICS systems.

Responsibilities :
The SC2 IT Support develops protocols for inventory management, timely system support, and hardware certification for various classification levels, working with DAF system owners and host-installation IT coordinating elements.
- Support and assist in all areas of IT / PC support, Microsoft Office 365 account administration, Windows operating systems, updates to user account information, reset passwords, etc.
- Implement effective solutions to user requests, problems and concerns and provide regular updates and feedback regarding the status of efforts to resolve more complex problems
- Create and maintain documentation of systems, processes and procedures
- Assist with hardware / software upgrades, releases and inventory
- Perform special projects as assigned

Clearance Required :
As a condition of employment, ISA employees are expected to have or be eligible for a Secret-level security clearance with the ability to obtain a Top Secret (TS) clearance with eligibility for access to Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI). Applicants must be able to submit documentation establishing U.S. Person status upon hiring. All ISA employees are required to uphold and maintain trustworthiness and suitability requirements of the U.S. federal government.
Experience Required :
We are looking for an experienced, and motivated IT professional with a minimum of 10 years of relevant experience that demonstrates the ability to meet the requirements outlined above. Government experience preferred.
Education :
Bachelor's degree in relevant field required. Masters degree preferred.
Certification :
Microsoft Certifications such as MCSA, MCSE, Desktop Administrator or CompTIA Security and Network preferred.

Salary at ISA is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The salary for this position increases commensurate with years of experience, education, certifications, etc., and is just one component of ISA's total compensation package for employees.
