One Year Old Preschool Teacher

Job Summary
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Preschool Teacher to join our team. As a Preschool Teacher, you will play a crucial role in creating a safe, stimulating, and supportive classroom atmosphere that encourages exploration and growth.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans that promote literacy education, math skills, and overall childhood development.
• Utilize effective behavior management techniques to maintain a positive classroom environment.
• Communicate effectively with children, parents, and staff to foster strong relationships and support each child's learning journey.
• Monitor and assess student progress, adapting teaching methods to meet individual needs.
• Create engaging activities that encourage social interaction, creativity, and critical thinking among preschoolers.
• Maintain classroom management by establishing clear rules and routines that promote respect and cooperation.

Experience

• Previous experience in childcare or preschool settings is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of childhood development principles and effective teaching strategies for young learners.
• Familiarity with literacy and concepts suitable for preschool-aged children.
• Excellent communication skills to engage with children, parents, and colleagues effectively.

Pay: $15.00 - $16.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
