Accounting Consultant
We are seeking an experienced Accounting Consultant to assist with critical accounting tasks, including cleaning up six months of bank reconciliations for 35-40 entities. This role will also involve setting up cash accounts within the company's new ERP system, Acumatica. As a key contributor, you will work closely with the accounting team to ensure timely and accurate financial reporting while streamlining processes for efficiency and accuracy.
Key Responsibilities :
Clean up and reconcile six months of bank transactions for 35-40 corporate entities.
Manage the setup of cash accounts in the new ERP system (Acumatica).
Ensure timely and accurate completion of bank reconciliations while identifying areas for process improvement.
Work collaboratively with the accounting team to ensure seamless integration into the new ERP.
Contribute to the organization’s goal of improving financial systems and workflows.
Key Requirements :
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in accounting, with a focus on bank reconciliations.
Proven experience with cash account setup and reconciliation processes.
Experience with Acumatica ERP is highly preferred.
Strong understanding of corporate-level accounting in the property management sector.
Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities with minimal supervision.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate with team members across different departments.
