The Intersect Group is hiring for an AP Analyst to support our client located in Alpharetta, GA. This opportunity is a 3-6 month contract with the potential to go permanent. For immediate consideration, apply today!
Responsibilities:
- Support project work around consignment invoices (Inventory sent to warehouse and will be billed/paid when sold)
- Go vendor by vendor to determine what is owed, not owed, billed too soon…etc
- Will work with Pulling reports out of system (Oracle Fusion) and analyzing those reports
- Vendor statement reconciliations
Requirements:
- Oracle required
- Must have "consignment invoice" experience
- AP skill set, must understand AP and what a PO environment is.
- Excel skills: vlookups
Salary : $30 - $35
