What are the responsibilities and job description for the Brand Ambassador position at The Intersect Group?
A client of The Intersect Group is seeking a Brand Ambassador to add to their team to work alongside growth operations and marketing on promotion of their services and specifically their mobile application.
Responsibilities :
Act as the face of the company in the community, promoting and representing the brand at local events, festivals, and community engagements.
Drive Downloads of the company's mobile application and increase customer engagement
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to organize and execute brand activation events and promotions.
Support front-line operations by providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive guest experience.
Lead and mentor team members, fostering a culture of hospitality, teamwork, and dedication to service excellence.
Help support scheduling and organization of events and partnerships
Improve on current processes and ideate new activations and tactics for growth.
Support managing of activation budget.
Get “hands dirty” being in the middle of events, etc.
Experience and Skills :
Passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences with a genuine desire to serve.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Self-driven, positive, and enthusiastic with a team-oriented mindset.
Prior experience in customer-facing roles, hospitality, or food service preferred.
Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Creative thinker with strong problem-solving abilities and adaptability.
Strong attention to detail.
Use of Microsoft 365 software suite.
Outgoing and energized by contact with new people.
Willing to travel and work odd hours. (Occasional overnight trips; Travel & Hotel are covered.)
Willing to solve problems on the fly.
Operationally minded – building new processes, and iterating on current processes.
Strong administrative / organizational skills.
Willingness to learn new skills.
Desire to grow in role.
Always seeking to improve processes and operations.
Nice to Haves :
Has previously organized events attended by 100 people.
Data Analysis (Excel, SQL, PowerBI, Data Visulization)
Marketing (Event Marketing, Social Media Marketing, CRM)
Prior work representing a mass market brand to customers.
