We are seeking two highly organized Data Stewards to join our team and support vendor management processes. This role will be responsible for maintaining accurate vendor data, processing 1099s, and ensuring compliance with reporting requirements. The ideal data steward will be detail-oriented professionals with experience in vendor data management and financial reporting.
Job Responsibilities for Data Steward :
- Update and maintain vendor information in Vendor Management Systems (VMS).
- Ensure vendor data accuracy, including W9 verification and 1099 reportable information.
- Process 1099 forms and ensure compliance with IRS regulations.
- Maintain and validate all pertinent vendor information for reporting purposes.
- Work collaboratively with internal teams to ensure data integrity.
- Support audits and compliance reviews related to vendor reporting.
