Job Description :
- Installing, configuring, upgrading and repairing desktop and laptop computers running Microsoft Windows 7 / 8 / 10 Enterprise.
- Imaging new and existing desktop / laptop computers. Deploying and configuring mobile devices.
- Ensuring complete security, confidentiality, reliability and integrity of corporate data proprietary information and intellectual property.
- Must be able to troubleshoot problems, interface with customers, Information Technology personnel, other departments and vendors to help minimize down time and outages.
- Individual must be able to work independently and as a team member on multiple projects.
- Individual will also need to be self-motivated and perform on call duties on a rotating schedule.
