What They’re Looking For:
- CPA certification (mandatory)
- 10 years of accounting experience, with 3 years in leadership roles
- Proven track record in global/public companies
- Audit expertise from a Big 4 Accounting firm
- Proficiency with large ERP systems ideally with implementation experience
- Extensive knowledge of SOX compliance and GAAP principles
- Strong operational accounting experience
- Recent Consumer Packaged Goods industry experience
- Additional experience managing shared services
What You’ll Do:
- Lead global accounting operations, ensuring compliance and precision across financial processes
- Partner with cross-functional teams to align financial goals with business strategy
- Optimize processes and implement controls that support scalability and growth
- Be a key advisor on SOX compliance, financial reporting, and regulatory requirements
