Responsibilities:
- Processing of Bi-weekly and weekly union and non-union payrolls
- High-volume payroll processing of 3K or more
- Understanding of Union deductions and setup.
- Troubleshoot payroll issues and assist in answering employee inquiries
- Work with multiple workstreams including branches and assist local processors.
- Submissions and processing of the final payroll and auditing to ensure accuracy
- Assist Locations with Union audits and reporting
Requirements:
- Experience with Soft
- Excel (Pivot Tables and VLOOKUPS)
- College Degree preferred or equivalent experience
- Minimum of 3 years payroll experience in a high-volume payroll department
