Job Description for the Payroll Analyst:
- Prepare journal entries
- Perform bank reconciliations and balance sheet reconciliations
- Review employee changes, payroll, and payroll GL
- Analyze monthly payroll reporting
- Handle payroll tax
- Reconcile payroll and intercompany accounts
- Handle 401k and HSAs
Job Requirements for the Payroll Analyst:
- 5 years of Payroll Experience
- 5 years of GL Accounting
- Bachelor's Degree preferred
- Advanced Excel skills (must have Vlookups, and Pivot Tables)
