Responsibilities
- Attends leadership meetings with CAO, needs to be very poised, very high poised. Highly polished. Well spoken
- Experience across multiple ERP systems (If they don’t have Oracle, they must have Peoplesoft)
- Strong Excel Skills (V-look ups and pivots are MUST)
- Large company, high volume experience (5k employees)
- Prior experience processing payroll (5,000 )
- Experience w/ third party vendor on tax notices
- Year end experience w/ processing W2's
- Employee and employer tax knowledge around federal and state
- Reconciliations where working with accounting and FP&A partners, if their P&L's are out of balance she is pulling reports to help them figure out
- 3-5 years of Payroll Tax experience
