Project Assistant

Project Coordinator – 9 month contract with possibility of extending

Location: Enon; open to hybrid schedule (2-3 days onsite) after training is complete

Schedule: M-F with either a 7 or 8 AM start (the earlier the better)

We are seeking a Project Coordinator with at least 3 years of relevant experience and strong Excel skills to support a high-impact project. This role involves coordinating various teams and tracking daily tasks for the seamless transition of stores to new operational standards.

Requirements:

• 3 years of project coordination experience
• Advanced proficiency in Excel including ability to utilize formulas, shortcuts, and conditionally formatting build out worksheets with Vlookups, Xlookups, IF Function, Counts IF, Concatenate, Drop Down lists, and pivot tables along with Teams and PowerBi for scheduling and task management.

Responsibilities:

• Scheduling Support: Assist the Senior Scheduler with scheduling meetings, coordinating with field coaches, and managing timelines. Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth scheduling and task execution.
• Change Management Assistance: Develop and maintain a detailed task tracker, recording task descriptions, deadlines, priorities, and updates. Help the Change Manager organize daily activities and ensure timely completion of key tasks.
