Senior Accountant - Hybrid Opportunity

What You’ll Do:
- Lead month-end close activities, including journal entries, balance sheet reconciliations, and variance analysis.
- Coordinate with offshore teams on AP/AR netting and intercompany transactions.
- Support plant controllers with financial analysis and reporting.
- Assist with SEC filings, SOX compliance, and external audits.
What We’re Looking For:
✅ 4 years of accounting experience, with at least 2 years in a Senior Accountant role
✅ Strong background in month-end close, variance analysis, and financial reporting
✅ Experience working in mid-sized to large companies (not too segmented)
✅ Proficiency in ERP systems and advanced Excel skills
✅ A process improvement mindset and the ability to dig into details
Preferred Skills: CPA, MBA, or public accounting experience.
