Location: Remote (Must Reside in Arizona)
Contract Length: 6 Months
Hourly Pay: $22-$25 per hour
Work Hours: Full-Time | 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM or 7:30 AM - 4:30 PM (AZ Time)
Office Requirement: Occasional in-person team meetings or mailings at the Hub office located in Phoenix, AZ 85040

Job Summary
We are seeking three (3) Senior Payroll Clerks to support our Payroll department in processing and reconciling payroll, maintaining records, and ensuring compliance with tax regulations. This role is remote but requires Arizona residency and occasional in-person office visits.
Key Responsibilities
- Process and issue payroll for domestic salaried employees, FI National directors, and Australian employees.
- Reconcile payroll data, including earnings, deductions, garnishments, and taxes.
- Collaborate with internal and external teams across domestic and international locations on payroll updates.
- Prepare monthly payroll reports, including contractor hours, stock/RSU, severance, Australia tax, and PAC contributions.
- Generate quarterly reports, such as workers' compensation and United Way contributions.
- Support Payroll Manager, Supervisor, and Auditors with inquiries and research requests.
- Manage domestic year-end processing and W-2 tax filing.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- 3 years of experience in payroll, tax, and accounting
- SAP & ADP experience (6 months preferred)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (basic to intermediate)
- Strong 10-key calculator skills
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment with minimal supervision
- Strong teamwork and problem-solving skills
