What are the responsibilities and job description for the Technical Project Manager position at The Intersect Group?
The ideal candidate is a Technical Project Manager that has experience in the weeds on technology application projects leading them through the full SDLC. In this role you will define the scope, KPIs, and project plans for complex projects, breaking them down into high-level milestones and quality gates for executive reporting while managing detailed tasks and timelines with core teams.
Looking for a project manager that can thrive in a fast-paced environment, manage concurrent projects and manage a team of 4-6.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related field
- 5 years of experience working with Agile or similar methodologies
- PMP is preferred
- 5 years of experience managing technology application projects end to end
- Expertise in Jira, Confluence, or similar tools
- Effective communication, team dynamics, conflict resolution, mentoring, and leadership skills
- Strong presentation skills, with the ability to engage and influence diverse audiences
