Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and analytical Billing Analyst to support our team for a 2-month assignment. This is an on-site position where you will play a key role in identifying and resolving billing discrepancies, comparing billing reports, and ensuring accuracy across accounts. You will work closely with the team to manage subscription adjustments and ensure billing processes are accurate.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and resolve billing mistakes across multiple accounts.
• Compare reports to ensure proper billing has occurred and discrepancies are corrected.
• Perform subscription management and adjustments with a focus on accuracy and efficiency.
• Analyze and dig into accounts to ensure all billing details are correct.
• Perform repetitive tasks with high attention to detail and accuracy.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure timely and accurate billing cycles.
• Utilize NetSuite (primary software) for billing-related tasks and Salesforce for minimal tasks.
• Use Excel (V-lookups and pivot tables) to manage and manipulate billing data.
• Track and manage tasks using Asana (task management software, easy to learn).

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Strong analytical thinking skills with a focus on problem-solving.
• Proficiency with Excel, including advanced functions like V-lookups and pivot tables.
• Experience with NetSuite is required; familiarity with Salesforce is a plus.
• Ability to handle repetitive tasks efficiently and with high accuracy.
• Comfortable with task management tools like Asana (training provided).
• Attention to detail and a proactive approach to resolving issues.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work independently.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Previous experience with zone billing (ZAB) is a plus.
