- Communicate effectively with clients, real estate agents, lenders, and other stakeholders to address questions and provide solutions to title-related concerns.
- Prepare and issue title commitments and title insurance policies in a timely manner, ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Rewarding liens, judgments, and encumbrances to clear titles for closing.
- Maintain accurate records of title documents and correspondence in our company's systems.
