Trainer of Installations
We are looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Trainer of Installations to join our client’s team. In this role, you will be responsible for training store managers and clerks on the installation and operation of new lottery equipment across various retail environments. Your efforts will directly contribute to customer satisfaction and the smooth deployment of new systems. This role requires a passion for training, strong communication skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, customer-facing setting.
Key Responsibilities :
Conduct training for store managers and clerks on the use of new lottery equipment in retail locations such as gas stations, grocery stores, and convenience stores.
Serve as a liaison between customers and internal teams, ensuring clear communication and efficient problem-solving.
Assist with pre-site surveys, including taking store counter measurements and capturing photos for project deployment preparation.
Support client projects by helping prepare stores for new installations and ensuring customer readiness.
Enter relevant data into web programs, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring the needs and satisfaction of each retail location.
Assist with a variety of administrative duties related to customer training and support.
Key Requirements :
Minimum of 1 years of experience in retail and / or training.
Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and web browsers.
Ability to translate technical information and present it in a clear, understandable manner to store personnel.
Strong multitasking abilities, ensuring accuracy while considering the needs of the end-user.
Excellent communication skills and a positive, customer-focused attitude.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Willingness to travel extensively, including air travel, and engage in moderate physical activity.
Ability to lift up to 25 lbs. and stand for long periods of time.
