Training Coordinator / Administrator
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Training Coordinator / Administrator to support the Training and Learning Management department. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating and scheduling training courses, managing databases, and ensuring seamless logistical support for training activities. You will play a pivotal role in overseeing the flow of training materials, schedules, and communication, ensuring that all training efforts align with company standards. The ideal candidate will have a strong ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously while providing exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities :
Coordinate with trainers to gather, enter, analyze, and report data for training and development purposes, maintaining an up-to-date database.
Manage class registration and maintain inventories of equipment, materials, and supplies using relevant software tools.
Oversee pre- and post-training activities, including participant communications, using established processes.
Execute marketing initiatives for the department, including training schedules, reports, and follow-up on customer inquiries.
Provide customer service, responding to enrollment, course information, and design / material requests from internal and external contacts.
Collaborate with the talent management team to support continuous improvement, collecting and analyzing data for training effectiveness.
Review and assess eLearning modules to ensure readiness for implementation, and manage projects as assigned (, SharePoint postings, schedules, and training materials).
Coordinate logistics for training sessions, including scheduling, facility setup, equipment, instructors, and refreshments.
Key Requirements :
Bachelor of Science degree with at least 3 years of experience in curriculum development and employee development, or a High School diploma / GED with 6 years of experience in a manufacturing environment.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams), SuccessFactors, and Learning Management Systems (LMS).
Ability to communicate effectively in English, particularly in relation to job procedures and safety standards.
Strong networking and collaboration skills, with the ability to build relationships across multiple departments and sites.
Critical thinking and problem-solving skills to address complex scenarios.
Experience in managing training logistics, resources, and facilitators through communication and LMS.
Knowledge and experience in generating curriculum and media for leadership and talent development.
Ability to handle multiple tasks and manage training resources efficiently.
