What you will be doing:
As the Appointment Setter, The Focus of this role is to turn warm leads into qualified appointments. By call, text and get in touch with 50 warm leads per day. Average 30 Conversations per day. Follow the Script.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Reliable in our West Jordan Utah Office Four days per week? ( Option one day work from home)
- Work stability- Can not have more than 2 Jobs in the last 5 years
- Have not been self employed in the last 6 months
- Last Two years plus years of most of the day on the phone. Must come from role that is mostly on the phone
- High Volume Calls- . In current or most recent role talking to 20 different people every day
- Has experience phone time 4 hours per day for two years in most recent role
- Performance- In current or most recent role performance metrics and KPI required
- History of achievements or awards, recognition, have you been given in personal, professional, sports in the past two years? Examples: Employee of the month, Top Salesperson, Softball team went to the finals.
- Follow Defined call flow on every call defined script or call-outline provided by your employer… where there are consequences for not following the script
- Data Management- IN most current role required to enter specific data in crm on every call and managed that accurately for every conversation
- Follow up In your current role were you required to make MULTIPLE FOLLOWUP CONTACTS (calls/text/email) with the same contact (scheduling, rescheduling, follow ups, etc.
- Demonstrated ability to be coachable take and implement feedback in timely manner
- Must be an EXTROVERT enjoys talking to people on the phone. Talks with confidence and competence on the phone.

Experience you need / Key Technical Skills:
- CRM - Some experience with Contact management software ( Hubspot, sales force ect) Phone System
- Phone System- Experience with VOIP phone system ( Voice over IP or Soft phone)
- Phone Skills: demonstrate a track record of calling over the phone. Answering questions with Confidence and putting callers at ease
- Ability to follow the Script
- Ability to Grind having the same conversation with multiple people in the same script day after day with consistency.
