Job Description

As a Sales and Scheduling Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in driving business growth by identifying and cultivating new client relationships. Your responsibilities will include:

• Client Acquisition: Proactively reach out to potential clients through outbound calls, emails, and networking events.
• Lead Generation: Qualify leads and assess their potential fit for our services.
• Relationship Building: Establish rapport with prospects and build long-lasting relationships.
• Appointment Scheduling: Coordinate meetings between clients and financial advisors.
• CRM Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions in our CRM system.
• Sales Support: Collaborate with the sales team to achieve revenue targets.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or related field.
• Proven track record in sales or business development, preferably in the financial services industry.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Proficiency in CRM software.
