As an Appointment Setter, your key role will be to transform warm leads into scheduled appointments. Your responsibilities include:
- Daily Duties: Engaging with up to 50 leads per day through calls and texts, maintaining over 30 conversations daily, and strictly adhering to our provided script.
- Experience Requirements: A minimum of 2 years in phone-based roles such as customer service, phone surveys, or appointment setting (sales experience is not necessary).
- High Volume Management: Proven capability to handle 30 calls daily and achieve 5 hours of phone activity per day.
- Performance Track Record: Demonstrated success in meeting performance metrics and KPIs.
- CRM Expertise: Proficiency with CRM systems for accurate data management and follow-up.
- Effective Communication: An extroverted personality with strong, confident phone skills.
