A day in the life…
Wondering what a day in the life of a Radiographer at The Iowa Clinic might look like?
- Arrive at work in the morning – no night shifts here!
- Schedule allows for a week off every other week!
- Perform radiological procedures under the direction of a Radiologist, at a technical level.
- Perform a variety of technical procedures that require independent judgment, ingenuity, and initiative to apply ionizing radiation for radiology diagnosis.
- Perform a variety of diagnostic and interventional examinations.

Qualifications

Required Licenses
- Current State of Iowa permit to practice Radiology.
Other Requirements
- Completion of AMA approved School of Radiologic Technology required.
