Concierge Receptionist

THIS POSITION IS FOR WEEKEND DAYS AND MONDAY EVENING 5P-10P. SATURDAY AND SUNDAY ARE 8A-4P. THERE IS ALWAYS THE POSSIBILITY OF PICKING UP CALL OUT SHFTS AS WELL AS CROSS TRAINING EVENTUALLY IN OTHER DEPARTMENTS.

What You’ll Do

The "Team Member"provides exemplary customer service in a friendly and professional manner. You are responsible for graciously greeting visitors, addressing the questions or concerns of prospective or current elders and families, and providing support in all departments.

As a FLOATER, you can expect a range of responsibilities and tasks. Here are some general expectations:

• You will greet elders, families, visitors, and team members, answering questions and creating a friendly, positive environment for all.
• As requested, you will assist other leadership team members in all departments.

• You will be able to work well with people in emotional or stressful situations.
• You will bring organizational and follow-up skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• You will have previous experience in a customer service role.
• You will be willing to learn and work within a team environment.
• You will have good verbal communication and the ability to read, write, and speak English with residents and coworkers who only speak English.
• You will be able to pass a criminal background check.
• You will have the ability to perform job responsibilities with or without accommodation.
• You will be willing to work various shifts in different situations on a scheduled basis & short notice. Being flexible is a must!
