Leasing Representative ($20.58 - $25.05)

Position Summary :

Irvine Company Apartment Communities' Spectrum Apartments Homefinding Center is located at The Spectrum Retail Center in Irvine, CA. Our Spectrum Apartments Homefinding Center (SAHFC) is a retail space where our Leasing Representatives engage with shoppers who are interested in living within the area. Their purpose is to filter the traffic to the six communities under the Spectrum umbrella and try to find the best fit for them to call home.

Job Duties :

• Promote positive, proactive customer interactions to make their Irvine Company experience of the highest quality.
• Help Spectrum shoppers to find a home closest to their favorite shopping destination by discovering what they are looking for and reviewing what the six communities have to offer.
• Uses a consultative approach to evaluate customer needs while communicating relevant benefits.
• Provide information regarding specific communities as well as services offered with the goal of generating leases for the sites.
• Input all activity into company provided databases (SalesForce) in a timely and accurate manner.
• Stay up to date with all promotions / leasing incentives / leasing teams.
• Accurately and completely communicate the benefits and features of the ICAC portfolio.

Base Pay Range :  $20.58 - $25.05

Actual placement within this range may vary based upon, but not limited to, relevant experience, time in role, base salary of internal peers, prior performance, business sector, and geographic location.
